“What’s Meant for You Will Always Find You ” Episode 20: Soulful Snaps

How to Decide Who You Want to Be Without Overthinking Every Step

Every week, Soulful Snaps begins the same way:

I set up my camera, pour a coffee, sit in my favourite chair, and ask myself one simple question:

“If I could deliver one message to one person today… what would it be?”

There’s no script.
No content plan.
No strategy.
No selling.
No agenda.

Just my soul speaking to another soul.

How Speaking From Your Heart

Can Change Everything You Thought About Success

This week, the message that wanted to come through was this:
What’s meant for you will always find you — and it will feel easy.

We spend so much of our lives in the “how.”
How do I get there?
What’s the plan?
What’s the next step?
What’s the right choice?
We overthink ourselves into paralysis, losing the magic and forgetting the truth:

Your body knows long before your mind catches up.

Over the past 12 months — through weight loss surgery, closing a marriage chapter, deep coaching, and rediscovering who I am — I didn’t plan any of it.

I felt something shift, and I followed the feeling.
One moment at a time.

This week, life surprised me again.

At an event I was photographing, I suddenly found myself surrounded by — don’t laugh — an absolute sea of hot men.
And not just “hot” in the obvious way.

Hot in their energy.
Their presence.
Their confidence.
Their softness.
Their power.

Masculinity, I realised, isn’t black and white.
It’s not strong or weak.
It’s not assertive or soft.
It’s a spectrum.
A dance.

A thousand shades of grey.

Some held a firm, grounded masculine presence.
Some carried a gentle, tender masculinity with a feminine grace that was just as magnetic.
And my body knew instantly which energies felt open… and which felt closed.

And that’s when it clicked:

Masculinity Isn't Black or White: Discover the Shades You Never Knew

Everything in life is the same.

Your art.
Your business.
Your relationships.
Your purpose.
Your evolution.

There’s no one right direction.
There’s no perfect plan.
There’s only alignment — and alignment is felt before it’s understood.

We evolve.
We shift.

We become new versions of ourselves.

And our desires, identities, relationships, and creative paths shift with us.

Why Letting Go of Attachment Can Bring You True Alignment

No rulebook.
No right or wrong.
Just honest reflection, embodied truth, and the courage to show up raw, real, and unedited.

If something feels easy: it’s meant for you.
If something feels heavy: it’s not your path.
If something feels alive: follow it.

You are not meant to stay the same.
It’s okay to change.
It’s okay to expand.
It’s okay to outgrow and outglow.

That is evolution.
And it is beautiful.

From my heart to yours,
Joanne
